All of our raw aluminum bodies from the first production run are gone. Between the initial Professional RKiV, the Survival Red, and the upcoming second matte production release, we had very few of RKiV bodies in stock until our next machining run scheduled in September. We offer a comprehensive Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on parts and pieces we manufacture in-house. We also offer a Lifetime Service & Repair option requiring the customer send their item in to us and in most cases we will repair items free of charge. If an item is deemed as being damaged due to negligence, a charge may be applied to repair the item and we will contact the customer in those circumstances. Items not manufactured by us MAY have a limited warranty, please contact us for questions via the contact form.

The RKiV field pen is our latest addition taking inspiration from both the Retrakt and EDK but moving our brand in a new direction. The initial idea behind the EDK was an everyday carry pocket pen; something with a small "footprint" that didn't make any sacrifices in terms of how it wrote or felt in the hand. We missed the mark by building it around the Schmidt P8126 refill with a push-button mechanism. This created a lot of ink stained pockets and empty refills. After a few years, we added the Schmidt 950M pressurized refill to fix this problem which provided a solution but an imperfect one. The RKiV field pen has been designed from the ground up around the Fisher Space Pen®refill, the gold-standard for pressurized, everyday carry ballpoint pen refills. This means the RKiV can still utilize our smooth push-button mechanism without worrying about the ink wicking away into the fabric of your pockets. A go-anywhere, write-anywhere pen perfect for any situation. Need to take notes while on safari? The RKiV has you covered. Don't mess around taking a cap off your pen when you're on location and need to sketch an idea, the quick deployment of the RKiV's refill means you don't miss a beat.
