Modal Brass Release

Brass Modals are back in stock with TWO grip options. The standard smooth grip and the MkII (Frag) which was previously only available in tumbled version or as a VERY small run during the holidays last year. We have limited stock on the Brass MkII Modal, and while we will bring it back it may take some time. We've also expanded the refill options, you'll also be able to select from four different refill options. The tried-and-true black Pilot G2 rollerball version is back, along with the black Schmidt easyFLOW 9000 ballpoint refill; but we've added the black Monteverde Gel ballpoint refills in Extra Fine and Fine as options because so many of you asked.

The Brass Modal is still fully machined from C360 free machining brass, including the body, clip, and button. The design and manufacture of the Brass Modal is completed in-house in Mesa, Arizona so we can better control the quality and price of our products. With our new updated Parker adapter, you can now select either the Pilot G2 or Parker style refills with this pen. The Parker adapter is a machined Delrin adapter with a recess to capture the rear "fins" of the refill while the opposite end of the adapter is captured in the internal Delrin slider. This provides stability and eliminates lateral refill movement.
