End-of-the-Year Cerakote Render K Limited Release Batch #2

We are working through the K Series pens, releasing them here and there and in the process testing new colors of Cerakote or returning to fan favorite colors. The idea is to give the K Series one last hurrah, as it were. Amazing colors some that you might never see again, on our original pen, the one that started this crazy journey. We have two final batches of Cerakote Render K pens in the works, and these are the colors we’re featuring in the 2024 Finale Batch #2 Charcoal Green, Polar Blue, Smoked Bronze, and Sunflower. These are all brand new colors for our pens some of them will be added to other models but a few might never be featured again. These are limited releases with less than 20 pens in each color.

End-of-the-Year Batch #2 features four different Cerakote Render K pens paired with black anodized grips and clips, utilizing black fasteners. These colors have been specifically sourced for the second batch because we haven’t featured these colors at all; these are all “firsts”. The Charcoal Green, Smoked Bronze, and Sunflower feature a similar texture and flat finish that looks great with the metallic shimmer and has the perfect tactile feel when holding them. The Ancient Copper and Blood Orange feature the newest ultra-fine metallic that sprays on in a satin finish, providing a shimmery but not shiny finish. The Polar Blue has the same texture as the other three, but features a gloss level 3 which looks flatter than expected and still feels grippable to the touch. Ship with a black Pilot G2 refill.

*Cerakote is a temperature-cured, spray-on ceramic coating that is used in a variety of industries including automotive, defense, outdoors, and sports. While Cerakote has been tested and rated at the highest levels of hardness, corrosion resistance, flexibility, and heat; it is not nearly as durable as anodize. Like all coatings, Cerakote can and will naturally wear when carried against objects of a similar or greater hardness than the Cerakote. Cerakote can chip or crack if dropped onto hard surfaces. Be advised this surface finish will wear over time, and is not as resistant to wear or damage as our standard anodize.

The K Series is made from 6061-T aluminum on our CNC Swiss lathes, CNC machining centers, and CNC mills in Mesa, Arizona. Pilot G2 refills are made in Japan.
