We’re adding a new F Series color to the mix, the Burnt Orange (F-123). This color is described as a “a pumpkin orange solid tone with a matte finish”. The finish on this Cerakote is definitely matte, and the shade of orange is the color of pumpkin flesh rather than the outside rind of the pumpkin. The matte finish accentuates the lighter color of orange but also gives it that dusty or burnt look.

The Burnt Orange Hive Bolt Limited Release is our Bolt pen with new honeycomb milled grip pattern. Our Cerakote applicator has put on a beautiful coat of Burnt Orange (F-123) that is described as a “a pumpkin orange solid tone with a matte finish“. This matte Cerakote provides an amazing look and feel to the surface of the pen, giving it a bit of grip that is unlike the gloss Cerakote or anodize finishes we have. Burnt Orange is not close to the Hunter Orange or Blood Orange Cerakote finishes we’ve used in the past, it’s much closer to a traditional orange Crayola color (Orange – #FF8833). We’re pairing these with black anodized hardware which contrasts nicely with the orange. The pen comes outfitted with a Pilot G2 refill with black ink and ships in our standard recyclable packaging.
