About a year ago, we released a special Decograph in blue with either matte black or matte grey hardware, and it was a pretty big hit. We wanted to revisit that color in a small quantity, unfortunately the blue we received was a significantly lighter, dusty blue. BUT we pushed ahead and came up with a plan to use these pens as a $100 dollar bundle with your choice of one of our layflat notebooks.
Spending time sourcing a specific color of anodize can be a very time-consuming and fruitless endeavor. This time we ran into a fruitless endeavor of attempting to recreate a color we received last year; matte dark blue; instead, we received a light, dusty blue that is still quite nice looking but not what we were after. Not to be discouraged, we decided to push ahead with the plan to pair this pen with either Matte Black or Matte Grey hardware. Then you’ll select your hardware setup along with a variety of polished steel or titanium options before checking out. The hardware kits for customization include a clip, grip, and top & bottom finials allowing for two different trim packages. Each Decograph ships with a Schmidt K5 converter and two black Monteverde cartridges. Ships in our custom recyclable packaging.

The Decograph is made from 6061-T aluminum on our CNC lathes and Swiss machining centers, in Mesa, Arizona. Schmidt and Bock manufacture their products in Germany. Monteverde cartridges are made in Austria.
