The Bolt was our first retractable pen and second pen that we released via Kickstarter, way back in the day. The tumbled aluminum Bolt V2 is our lightest Bolt V2 featuring a heavy tumbled finish that is perfect for everyday carry purposes. The brass Bolt V2 is the standout eye-catcher of the Bolt V2 pens, but also the most durable of the three. The copper Bolt V2 is the heaviest and often the one that gets the most immediate attention when people see these pens for the first time. Each will patina over time, with the copper Bolt V2 going through the most dramatic changes in appearance. The Bolt V2 is made from 6061-T6 aluminum, C-360 Brass, and Tellurium Copper on our CNC lathes and Swiss machining centers, in Mesa, Arizona. Pilot G2 refills are manufactured by Pilot Pens in Japan.
