Terrifying Terracotta INK Fountain Pen

For Halloween 2021, we released our first distressed orange pens aptly named Putrid Pumpkin. They were such a big hit that we returned the following year with a version that featured even more black over the orange, naming this release Blackened Pumpkin. We’ve taken a few years off, but we’re back now with distressed orange Cerakote, but something changed that wasn’t in our plans. The new lots of this orange have a darker pigment than years past, and the final product is a richer, deeper orange that has the Armor Black applied over the top and then hand removed. This years release is Terrifying Terracotta, and it looks just as amazing as the previous releases.

The Terrifying Terraotta INK features an INK with a distressed deep orange Cerakote look.Featuring a uniform coat of Hunter Orange, this batch is a bit darker than the batches in the past. Over that, a partial coat of Armor Black has been applied, and our collaborators at Area 15 have hand distressed the black giving the pen this unique look. The finished product is everything you’ve come to expect from our Cerakote pens, amazing color and finish and still super durable. We’ve chosen black hardware for this release to bring the entire look together. Select from a variety of nib sizes in polished steel. Ships with a Schmidt K5 Converter and two black Monteverde cartridges in our recyclable packaging.

The INK is made from 6061-T aluminum on our CNC lathes and Swiss machining centers, in Mesa, Arizona. Nibs and Converters are made by Bock and Schmidt in Germany.
