All good things must eventually come to an end. This release of the Ultra Black GroovEDK V2 marks the end of our GroovEDK releases for the foreseeable future. The GroovEDK had a good run, it was our first major grip adaptation on a pen and has led to numerous other options. While we may circle back to this design in the future, we currently don’t have enough of this grip profile left in our warehouse in any material to release another large batch, and they are not on our projected 12-month production schedule.
One Final Hurrah for Ultra Black GroovEDKs. The same stealth look, now with our updated click mechanism and o-ring technology on the ultra-comfortable grooved lower barrel EDK V2. We’ve gone with the smooth upper barrel similar to the initial GroovEDK we prototyped for Mack Trucks way back in the day. This release ships with the Schmidt P8126 capless rollerball, but you can swap in your favorite Parker-style refill if you’d like something different. This batch is 50 pens, so if you’ve been waiting now’s your chance!
