250th Bolt Distressed Cerakote Limited Edition

We've commissioned an amazing collaboration with Aaron at Area15 Cerakote for a custom engraved, painted, and hand-distressed red, white, and blue Bolt celebrating the 250th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. We tested multiple piece of custom artwork, before landing on a stylized representation of a distressed flag featuring alternating white stripes (3 in total) on a red field on the lower portion of the pen. The upper portion features a blue field with random assortment of white stars scattered across the blue. The red and blue Cerakote were laid down in a two-step process, partially cured before they were removed and white was applied over the entire pen which was then partially cured. Aaron and his team used a hand distressing process to remove the white from the high spots leaving the engraved stripes and stars to hold the white. We elected to have the clips and knobs in the same blue Cerakote.
This is the most in-depth Cerakote collaboration we've attempted to date, and we are releasing these as a custom pre-order (see specifics below in bold) purchase window. Pre-orders for this item will begin at Noon (Arizona time) on 6/29/26 and will end at Noon (Arizona time) on 7/3/26. The pens will be sent to paint on 7/6/26, Aaron will complete paint and return the pens by 7/10/26, and shipping will begin on 7/13/26. THIS ITEM IS EXCLUDED FROM MOST COUPON CODES.

Lifetime Warranty
We offer a comprehensive Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on parts and pieces we manufacture in-house. We also offer a Lifetime Service & Repair option requiring the customer send their item in to us and in most cases we will repair items free of charge. If an item is deemed as being damaged due to negligence, a charge may be applied to repair the item and we will contact the customer in those circumstances. Items not manufactured by us MAY have a limited warranty, please contact us for questions via the contact form.

Previous Releases
We specialize in producing unique and interesting limited and special release small batch products to ensure we have something for everyone. We partner with an ever-expanding group of artists and professionals to provide versions of our pens that range from hand-engraved to force patinated to hand-painted. Small batches range from 10 to 30 units some will never see a second release.
