Unfortunately, the anodize was not up to our standards. Not to worry, we’ve turned lemon into lemonades and put these through our Battleworn process. This time they’re paired with black hardware for a nice contrast.
The Olive EDK gets the Battleworn treatment in this special release. We’ve taken the latest batch of matte olive EDK pens, put them through the heavy tumbling process, and then finished them with black hardware. The Olive and Battleworn combination has become one of our most sought-after finishes, and even though this was a mistake we’re making the most of it.. The EDK V2 is made from 6061-T aluminum on our CNC lathes and Swiss machining centers, in Mesa, Arizona. Schmidt refills are manufactured in Germany.
