Despite some crazy weird problems with these pens, we were finally able to add Natural (Type III) EDKs to the website today. The colors on these pens weren’t the issue, rather the thickness of the anodize build up on the threads made it impossible for us to thread them together. The color on the other hand looks absolutely amazing, the exact grey hue that you want when you send stuff out for Natural (Type III) anodize. Unfortunately, we were unable to salvage the entire batch, but we do have a decent amount of these for sale right now.
The Natural (Type III) EDK is our heavy tumbled EDK with the newest anodize coating applied to it, hardcoat Natural. The look and feel of the EDK really lends itself to this color; and this is an EDC fans dream come true. This special release batch is small, but they look great, and we made the executive decision to release these with black anodized clips, black screws, and a black click mechanism. Ships with a Schmidt P8127 refill in our recyclable packaging.
