Our second special edition pen was a brass lower barrel and matte blue upper EDK that we named the Prospector. We’ve done numerous Prospector releases over time, and even did a small amount of smooth upper Retrakt V2 pens in this colorway, but it was high time we did our standard Retrakt V2 and added a little something extra.
The Prospector look comes to our standard Retrakt V2 with a polished brass lower body and satin blue upper body. This colorway looks particularly good on the Retrakt V2 because the pen was always meant to be a two-tone design. The brass and blue have never looked better as this satin blue finish is simply stunning. The finishing touch on this particular Prospector Retrakt V2 is the matching Satin Blue milled clip we’ve selected that adds that special touch. Since we’ve been adding our machined beads to some of our bundles, we decided this would be the perfect time to have a matching satin blue bead with yellow paracord to set the whole thing off; and it works quite well. The pen ships with a black Pilot G2 refill.
